Chris Tardif
Managing Director
Chris has worked within the industry for over 15 years and offers his friendly expertise to clients new and old. With numerous contacts borne from years of building relationships, he will expertly bring together the correct and trusted team for your individual project, from designers to decorators.
Chris is father to two teenagers who have recently ‘flown the nest’ to pursue their individual dream professions.
Well known within the local football scene, Chris has played and coached at every level. Any spare time is enjoyed with his wife Laura and dog Luna, with a love of the outdoors and island life running through the whole family.
Damian Le Tocq
Project Manager
With 18 years’ experience as a qualified carpenter and joiner (and a CIOB Level 3 & 4 site manager to boot), Damian has built more than just walls—he’s built lasting relationships with subcontractors, architects, and clients along the way.
After nearly two decades with a well-known local contractor, he’s now bringing his skills, experience, and sense of humour to the Spaces team.
When he’s not keeping projects on track, he’s busy keeping up with two kids at home. A former local footballer (whose ankles sadly waved the white flag), Damian now spends his downtime behind the drum kit with his cover band Our Tomorrow. From construction sites to stages, he’s always keeping the rhythm.
Kelly Priaulx
Project Consultant
Kelly has a passion for making spaces work, incorporating skills learnt during her degree in Spatial Design and subsequent years working in the field. With an emphasis on design for mental and physical wellbeing she will work hard with you to create the most efficient and effective space.
Kelly is raising three small humans whilst simultaneously renovating a 400 year old house - not something she particularly recommends!
In her spare time you'll either find Kelly on a cliff walk with her husband and children, experimenting in the kitchen or with her nose in a book.
Steve Saunders
Project Administrator
With over 14 years of experience in the finance industry, Steve has built a career grounded in precision, trust, project coordination, and meeting deadlines. He is now embarking on a new career where he is excited to bring that level of professionalism and transferable skill set into office refurbishment and workspace transformation at Spaces.
‘Having spent many years working within office environments, I have developed an appreciation for how a workspace can impact a business. I look forward to working alongside clients to create workspaces that impact productivity, culture and well-being.’
Steve is father to three girls who keep him busy outside of his working life, supporting them when representing the island playing netball or learning new skateboarding tricks. Steve was also a former local footballer and has a passion for all sports.
