Chris Tardif
Managing Director
Chris has worked within the industry for over 15 years and offers his friendly expertise to clients new and old. With numerous contacts borne from years of building relationships, he will expertly bring together the correct and trusted team for your individual project, from designers to decorators.
Chris is father to two teenagers who have recently ‘flown the nest’ to pursue their individual dream professions.
Well known within the local football scene, Chris has played and coached at every level. Any spare time is enjoyed with his wife Laura and dog Luna, with a love of the outdoors and island life running through the whole family.

After a decade in the iGaming industry, Chris has stepped into the world of project management with a wealth of transferable skills and brings a clear, results driven approach to every project. Chris is well-versed in managing timelines, aligning teams, and balancing business goals with real world delivery.
Now focused on bringing structure and momentum to projects at Spaces CI, Chris is excited to apply his experience to a new industry where meaningful change and collaboration are at the heart of every brief.

Outside of work, you’ll either find Chris exploring Guernsey’s coastline, staying active in the gym, or humbling himself on the golf course - where his enthusiasm far outweighs his talent.

Kelly Priaulx
Project Assistant
Kelly has a passion for making spaces work, incorporating skills learnt during her degree in Spatial Design and subsequent years working in the field. With an emphasis on design for mental and physical wellbeing she will work hard with you to create the most efficient and effective space.
Kelly is raising three small humans whilst simultaneously renovating a 400 year old house - not something she particularly recommends!
In her spare time you'll either find Kelly on a cliff walk with her husband and children, experimenting in the kitchen or with her nose in a book.
